Terms and Conditions of Registration and Cancellation

The registration to any of our courses will not be effective until the confirmation of the full payment of the course and the receipt of the corresponding proof of the attached bank transfer in response to the automatic email received by the user and sent by inscripciones@morethanwines.com with the form of registration fully completed and reviewed.

Once the place in the course has been confirmed, the study material of the courses, in which it proceeds, will be sent to the address provided by the student when registering.

The delivery of the study material is included in the sale price, exclusively for the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

Shipments abroad will entail an additional cost that the student will be informed of before confirming their enrollment.

If the student cannot attend the course, it can keep the place for a next call by notifying this via email to inscripciones@morethanwines.com with a minimum of 30 days before the start of the course. It can also assign said place to another person, as long as this is notified via email to inscripciones@morethanwines.com at least 15 days before the start of the course and having to be confirmed by More than Wines in both cases.

The student is solely responsible for notifying More than Wines via email to inscripciones@morethanwines.com of any change in its personal data.

The student may delay / postpone the date of the exam as long as it notifies it 15 days in advance of the start date of the course. The exam can be moved to any date and location already scheduled for an exam of the same level, regardless of language, as long as the relevant exam is still available and has been approved by More than Wines.

In case of not successfully passing the exam to which the student is entitled by call, More than Wines will offer the possibility of re-taking (resit) said exam after payment of the corresponding fees, which will be informed to the interested party from inscripciones@morethanwines.com

In case of cancellation of the course by the student, he must communicate it via email to inscripciones@morethanwines.com

Said cancellation must be made before the course start date and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the course: refund of the total cost of the course’s fee minus the cost of study materials and management.
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before the start of the course: refund of 50% of the total cost of the course’s fee.
  • Cancellation 1-14 days before the start of the course: no refund will be made.

Once the teaching material has been sent, returns will not be accepted. The value will be established in the particular conditions of each course.

Once the cancellation of the course has been accepted and confirmed, the refund of the amount to be reimbursed will be made within a period of 14 days to a Spanish bank account. In the case of a foreign bank account, the client will fully bear the expenses incurred.

More than Wines does not authorize any student to take the exam without having attended the corresponding course. Students must attend the exam at the defined time and place provided, with a passport or official identification document with a photograph.

The student declares to know the exam regulations that are available in the specifications of the corresponding course.

Información Importante

More than Wines reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course up to 15 days before its start date, for any exceptional circumstance or for any consideration of More than Wines.

In the case of postponing the course, More than Wines will inform as soon as possible of the new dates for the new call. If these were not suitable for the student, the registration fee would be refunded, discounting the amount of the study material, if applicable.

In the event of cancellation of a course by More than Wines, the candidate will receive a refund of the entire amount of their registration fee.

The student enrolled in any course taught by More than Wines, is solely responsible for any damage to himself and others that he or she may cause due to inappropriate or improper use of the alcoholic products that will be tasted or of utensils that will be used throughout the courses, as well as material or personal damage that it may cause or generate to third parties.

More than Wines will not be responsible under any circumstances for objects lost or damaged by participants, either inside or outside the classrooms where the courses are held.

More than Wines will not be responsible in any case for any expense or incident related to the transportation and / or accommodation of the student.

More than Wines is not responsible for any allergic reaction or of any other nature that may occur during the development of a course. People undergoing medical treatment incompatible with alcohol intake or suffering from illnesses that prohibit contact or consumption of alcohol may not participate in the courses under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the person registering to notify More than Wines of any of these problems or inconveniences before formalizing their registration.

Prior to the start of the course, the student assumes the responsibility of informing More than Wines of any physical or medical circumstance that may be incompatible with the intake of alcohol or any other circumstance that may affect the normal development of the course.

From More than Wines we want to give all our support to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the courses we offer.
